In order to participate in this course, certain conditions must be met !!!

1. This course can only be attended by people who have participated  phisycally or online and have been introduced to qigong as part of a Master Lin Kai Ting’s  courses or  the QilinGong summer camps in Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, or Germany.

2. An essential condition is previous practice (3 sessions) in any of the QilinGong practice rooms, starting from November 10th until the first day of the course (regardless of the city, hall or trainer). Practitioners who do not have practice rooms in their locality can do the 3 sessions online, after informing the trainer of their desire to participate in the Christmas course. Those who participate in the introductory course in Cluj (November) no longer require previous practice sessions.

3. If you attend physically (only) to the Christmas Course you have to bring along the medical certificate and the Declaration, which must be dated after 5^th October this year (valid for this course, maximum 2 months).

   All participants in the course, either physically or online, will sign and hand in the GDPR Agreement  (see Form below)..

          It only needs to be signed once!  (If it has been signed once before, it is no longer required!) 

    

   In order to attend the course  physically, (in the conference hall), it is necessary to fill in, sign and hand in the following documents either in the QilinGong practice hall (if there is one in your town)  or on the first day of the course:

   • Self Declaration regarding State of Health & Rules
   • Medical Certificate issued by your family doctor.  (Forms are below).

                        These documents are valid for 2 months

   Having met all these conditions, and only then, you can attend the Master’s course

Payment methods

Payments will be made either  cash, upon arrival, or by bank transfer to the account of Bucharest Qigong Association.  You can even pay by Pay Pal (see details in the Registration message) in max. 48 hours after booking (2 working days)Failure to pay the amount in due time, will result in the cancellation of the reservation (automatically).The last day for paying the deposit in the bank account is Monday, 2^nd December, 2024.  After this date, only cash payment will be accepted.

Canceling the registration

Cancellation of registration will be done online, from your QilinGong account. In case of withdrawal from the course, the amount paid will be reimbursed if it is announced at least 5 days before the beginning of the course. After this date the amount refunded will be the amount paid, less 20%.
