For practitioners arranging their own accommodation, an pre-payment of EUR 100 / person must be paid within a maximum of 5 days from the online registration date, but no later than August 1st, 2026.

Participation in the farewell dinner on Monday 31st is also available for non-practitioners, at a price of EUR 95*.

Physical participation packages (with accommodation)

The packages include:
- participation in all practice sessions, Master Lin Kai Ting’s lectures, and retreat activities
- accommodation with half board (partner hotels)
- festive dinner

For this option, registration is done through your QilinGong account by selecting either the Hotel Piatra Craiului 3***, Hotel Bucegi 3***, or Hotel Sport 2** option.

There are 2 types of double rooms: with 2 beds (twin) or with a matrimonial bed (with separate quilts). The triple rooms consist of a matrimonial bed and a single bed, any of which can be converted into a single room.
Also, in Hotel Bucegi*** there are some rooms that are a bit bigger (about 7 rooms), Double/Triple de Luxe. They consist of: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.

NEW! This year, the 2** Sport Hotel is still available to us, and accommodation is for the full period, 11 nights.

⚠️ Package Organization Rules

• The event is paid as a full package (not per day)
• There is no separate rate for individual services
• Room allocation at Hotel Piatra Craiului*** & Hotel Bucegi*** or Hotel Sport** will be made in order of arrival.
• The number received by email represents an internal code. The actual room is assigned at reception.
• We recommend filling double/triple rooms to avoid additional costs.

Children under 12 years old have a discount on accommodation, only if they are in a triple room with 2 adults.

Registrations is possible only online. It is confirmed after the required pre-payment (or full payment) is received, respecting the payment due date. The pre-payment needs to be paid within 5 working days from the online registration and the amount depends on the type of accommodation booked for.

For the moment, the only option is the one with physical participation. This refers to the fact that participation in all three practice sessions will take place physically – together with the Master and his trainers, together with the entire group of practitioners.

This time, at least for the moment, we consider that the conditions for live transmission of the event , on zoom.us, cannot be fulfilled

For physical participation, the following are required:

- comfortable sports clothing that allows free movement;
- sports shoes with flexible soles, intended exclusively for indoor use;
- change of clothes;

Persons with the following conditions are not allowed to participate:
- severe mental illnesses (psychosis, schizophrenia);
- contagious diseases;
- cancer, liver or kidney failure;
- serious heart conditions.
Pregnant women starting from the fourth month of pregnancy are not allowed to participate.

Maximum age allowed: 75 years
Persons over 75 years of age who wish to participate physically in events (courses, camps, hall practice, etc.) must complete the request form and sign the declaration regarding age over 75 – LINK.

The completed request form must be sent by email to: register@qilingong.com.

Each request is evaluated individually, depending on health status and specific event conditions. Submitting the request does not automatically guarantee participation.

Persons who do not meet the above conditions will not be allowed access.

There will be no healing sessions.

Qigong practice does not replace medical treatment and is not a miraculous cure. It is a physical and mental activity learned through specialized courses, and to obtain results it must be practiced daily.

In case you need to cancelled your booking, please let us know in writing and we will reimburse your payment (except banking fees and any non-reimbursable accommodation fees)

If cancellation is:

– Before 15th of July 2026, we will reimburse your payment mentioned above, minus the fees.

– After 15th of July 2026, in addition to the above, a penalty of 30% of the value of the pre-payment will also be applied.

At Cheile Grădiștei Fundata Complex we offer the following leisure services (outdoor activities depend on weather conditions):

• SPA Center (pool, steam sauna, dry sauna, jacuzzi): 50 RON/person/entry and 25 RON/child/entry;
• Relaxation massage: 130 RON/session (VAT included), Therapist: Kinga Szavuy (by appointment)
• Fitness room free of charge;
• Tennis court: synthetic surface 40 RON/hour – without equipment; 60 RON/hour with equipment;
• Multi-purpose court: tennis, handball, football: 40 RON/hour;
• Mini-football field, synthetic surface 40 m x 20 m – artificial turf: 200 RON/hour;
• Mountain bikes for adults/children: 30 RON/hour/bike; 60 RON/4 hours or half day; 90 RON/day/bike;
• Electric bikes: 120 RON/bike/1 hour, 180 RON/bike/2 hours, 250 RON/bike/3 hours;
• Scooters: 20 RON/hour;
• Adventure park – 3 routes available: two routes with different difficulty levels for teenagers and adults, and one route for children: 40 RON/route/adult or child over 12 years, 30 RON/route/child under 12 years. For groups, a maximum of 30 people/hour can go through these routes;
• Mountain zipline – for adults and children over 14 years. The zipline is 500 meters long and 50 meters high – up to 4 people can go simultaneously. Price: 80 RON/person including equipment and jeep transfer to the starting point.
  
  Duration is 10–15 minutes/person; for groups, approx. 40 people/hour; 70 RON/person for groups of minimum 4 people
• Hiking and/or cultural itineraries with specialized guide:
  
  – 3–4 hour hike: 70 EUR/group up to 20 people and 4 EUR/person for groups larger than 20;
  – 6–8 hour hike: 120 EUR/group up to 20 people and 6.5 EUR/person for groups larger than 20;

• UTV Can-Am rental (4 units) – 300 RON/UTV/ride of approx. 1 hour, with 2 people per vehicle. In addition to the 4 two-seat UTVs, there is also one 4-seat UTV driven by a guide, which can be joined by 3 participants at a price of 80 RON/person/ride;
• Mountain carts – specially designed carts for rough terrain, offering an exciting downhill experience in safety: Price: 15 RON/ride, 40 RON/3 rides, 50 RON/5 rides, 70 RON/8 rides, 100 RON/12 rides
• Climbing wall: In Fundata Resort there is a 7 m indoor climbing wall with 5 different routes. Suitable for both children and adults with instructor assistance. Price: 1 participant – 50 RON/30 min. Reservation required: 0740 653 118.
• Pub on the 2nd floor of the restaurant: drinks, billiards 20 RON/hour/table (2 tables available), mini football 15 RON/hour (1 table available), table tennis 20 RON/hour (2 tables available);
• Tubing: 1 ride – 15 RON, 3 rides – 40 RON;
• NEW Alpine coaster: 1 adult ride – 40 RON, 1 child ride – 30 RON. Length approx. 1 km, suitable for adults and children over 3 years (*children aged 3–7 may ride only accompanied by an adult).
