Reflexology-Qigong Therapy Course

Master Lin Kai Ting will lead a unique course combining Reflexology with energetic techniques, namely Qigong.

Reflexology, when accompanied by qi emission, produces entirely different and truly special effects!

This method originates from traditional Chinese medical practices and is based on the idea that the sole of the foot reflects the entire organism.

The zones on the sole are functionally connected to internal organs and systems. Through manually applied pressure, these zones are activated to support the body’s natural regulation.

The work is done exclusively on the feet. The participant observes the tissue reaction and the body’s response. The goal is tension release, circulation support, and stimulation of the body’s internal self-regulation processes. Reflexology is used as a complementary method, oriented towards prevention and general well-being.

The course is open to everyone who wishes to learn — both those with no prior knowledge of Qigong and experienced practitioners, non-therapists as well as specialists working in the broad field of therapies.
