Initiation is for the student the creation of the first connection with his Master, a special connection, from the category of essential moments in the life of one who wishes to discover a new inner world.

You will have the opportunity to learn directly from Master Lin Kai Ting, ancestral techniques, refined over thousands of years, that produce rapid effects on the physical body, energy and vitality levels, and our inner state of balance.

Do not miss this opportunity to take a step towards yourself, guided by a Master whose love for people shines through in every word and smile.

For the meeting with the Master, a special preparation is mandatory, before the start of the course, on November 9th.

For the meeting with the Master, however, a special preparation is mandatory, in the QilinGong practice rooms. You will be able to practice with any of the federal trainers, going to the different gyms and you will be able to participate in the gym classes organized during this period, after September 15th this year.

This previous practice has two main purposes:

• To familiarize you with the basics of qigong: what is qi, what are the characteristics of qi, what principles apply in qigong;
• To help you prepare your physical and energetic body before the Master’s class to achieve even better results when you attend the latter.

Online registration started on October 1st, 2024.

If you participate for the first time in such a course, you will have the surprise of discovering in a real way, “live”, some unsuspected “realities”! You will learn to rediscover your intuition, educate it and use it.

If you have been to such a course at least once before and decide to participate again, you will have the privilege of finding that initiation is a continuous process.

• *SPA=Anterior Practice Room – qigong practice in the room, mandatory for all those who wish to participate in this course in all of it or only partially – constitutes the special preparation for the course with the Master;
• Proof of payment for the course (to obtain the nominal ID for entering the Master’s course – this is another ID than the SPA).

• IMPORTANT: Previous Practice Hall sessions can be regular practice sessions and/or classes for those who already know the techniques of the school or just classes for those who do not know these techniques.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. The FNQR doctor does not issue medical certificates for attending the course!
2. Those who participated in the Online Practice Room, will have access to the Master’s course only on the condition of obtaining approval from the Federation’s doctor , just before the first class session, with an hour or two, within the time available.
3. Persons suffering from psychosis, serious diseases in an advanced stage (cancer, kidney failure, liver failure) cannot participate in this course , contagious diseases, severe heart conditions (heart and respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, stenoses, those with pacemakers, valve prostheses, implanted valves, etc.)
4. During pregnancy, women who are more than four months pregnant cannot participate in any of the qigong activities within Federation.
5. People over 75 cannot participate in any of the qigong activities within the federation.

1. STEPS for those who have NEVER attended QilinGong School activities before and DO have a trainer and class/practice rooms in their city

1.Create account on com. If you already have it, this step is done.

2.To be able to enroll in the Master Course, you must meet the following additional conditions:

• participate in a course held by federal trainers in your locality;
• to add up to this course (plus possible subsequent practice sessions) a minimum of 8 visas in any of the Federation’s halls (cumulative, even if you will attend several gyms and practice with different trainers, enrolling in the SPA – Previous Practice Room);
• the course and/or practical sessions will take place between 6th of September and 8th of November.

For the purposes of the above, you will still need to complete the following steps:

3. 3. From your QilinGong personal account you will register for the SPA activity (Anterior Practice Room).
   4. After completing step 3, you will enroll in one of the courses organized by the federal trainers in your city
   5. The respective trainer will issue 2 SPA ID cards (the cost of which is 50 lei, which is added to the cost of the course/room activity ) where the 8 visas certifying your participation and the fact that you can do physical effort of medium intensity will be recorded.
   6. You will hand over to the trainer, in original, all the documents: Declaration of personal responsibility, Model medical certificate and GDPR Agreement (if not -have previously taught). Attention, the date of issue of the first two documents must be entered within a period of 2 months, calculated in advance of the date of the first day of the course.
   7. In the event that the course you have enrolled in has an equivalent (details here) less than 8 visas, it is necessary to supplement with the equivalent in sessions at the practice room or with sessions within another course, until obtaining the total of 8 visas. These courses, respectively sessions at practice rooms, do not necessarily have to be with the same trainer.
   8. When the SPA ID is complete, the last trainer who granted you the last visa of the 8 required will retain the ID and make the changes necessary in the database for you to obtain the nominal ID for participation in the Master’s course.

2. STEPS for those who have NEVER attended QilinGong School activities before and DO NOT have a trainer and class/practice rooms in their city (which you will be able to attend online)

1. Create account on Qilingong.com. If you already have it, this step is done.

2. To be able to enroll in the Master Course, you must meet the following additional conditions:

• participate in a course supported by online federal trainers;
• to add up to this course at least 8 visas in any of the rooms of the online federation or, if the score of the respective course is insufficient , you can complete them by cumulating with possible subsequent practice sessions, even if you will attend several gyms and practice with different trainers, by registering in SPOL;
• the course/practice sessions will take place between 6th of September and 8th of November.

For the purposes of the above, you will still need to complete the following steps:

4. After completing step 3, you will enroll in one of the online courses organized by the federal trainers.
5. You will be taken into account by the first trainer whose SPOL activity you sign up for, where it is necessary to obtain the 8 visas that certify your participation
6. In the event that the course you have enrolled in has an equivalent (details here) less than 8 visas, it is necessary to supplement with the equivalent of sessions at an online practice room or sessions of another online course, up to obtaining a minimum of 8 visas. These courses, respectively practice rooms, do not necessarily have to be with the same trainer.
7. On the day the Master’s course starts, you will pay 50 lei (cost of SPOL – Online Practice Room; this is in addition to the cost of you pay for the course/room) and you will have a short meeting with the doctor designated by FNQR. You will also hand in the originals of all the documents: the Self-Responsibility Declaration, the Model Medical Certificate and the GDPR Agreement (if you have not handed it in before).

Attention, the date of issue of the first two documents must be entered within a period of 2 months, calculated in advance from the date of the first day of class. 

3. 3. STEPS for those who HAVE participated in QilinGong School activities before and who HAVE a trainer and class/practice rooms in their city

1. From your QilinGong personal account you will register for the SPA activity (Anterior Practice Room).

2. You will attend the course and/or practice room at the trainers in your city to accumulate the 8 visas required to participate in the Master’s course. Both activities (course or gym) are valid as SPA.

3. The first trainer will issue 2 SPA IDs (the cost of which is 50 lei, which is added to the cost of the course/room activity ). In the event that you practice with several trainers, it is necessary to have the SPA IDs with you at each practice room or course, as the case may be.

4. You will hand over to the trainer, in original, all the documents: Declaration on own responsibility, Model medical certificate and GDPR Agreement (if not -have previously taught). Attention, the date of issue of the first two documents must be entered within a period of 2 months, calculated in advance of the date of the first day of the course.</4>
5. If the activity you signed up for is a course that has an equivalent (details here) less than 8 visas, it is necessary to supplement with the equivalent in sessions at the practice room or with sessions from another course until obtaining a minimum of 8 visas. These courses, respectively sessions in practice rooms, do not necessarily have to be with the same trainer.

6. When the SPA ID is complete, the last trainer, who granted you the last visa of the 8 required, will retain the ID and make the necessary changes in the database for you to obtain the nominal ID to participate in the Master’s course.

3. 4. STEPS for those who HAVE attended QilinGong school activities before and DO NOT have a trainer and class/practice rooms in their city

1. From your QilinGong personal account you will register for the SPOL (Online Practice Room) activity.

2. You will participate in the course and/or practice room with the trainers who support online activities to accumulate the 8 visas required to participate in the Master’s course. Both activities (course or hall) are valid as SPOL.

3. The first trainer will take you into the record of SPOL, where it is necessary to obtain 8 visas certifying your participation

4. In the event that the course you have enrolled in has an equivalent (details here) less than 8 visas, it is necessary to supplement with the equivalent of sessions at an online practice room or sessions of another online course, up to obtaining a minimum of 8 visas. These courses, respectively practice rooms, do not necessarily have to be with the same trainer.

5. On the day the Master’s course starts, you will pay 50 lei (cost of SPOL – Online Practice Room; this is in addition to the cost of you pay for the course/room) and you will have a short meeting with the doctor designated by FNQR. Practice prior to the Master course can only be done with physical participation in the practice rooms (SPA). 

Exceptionally, participation can be in online practice (SPOL), in case it does not exist in the place of residence a qigong hall affiliated to the Romanian National Qigong Federation (FNQR).

This previous practice activity is mandatory for all who wish to participate in Master Lin Kai Ting’s Introductory Qigong Course.

PREVIOUS GYM (SPA) – physical participation for those who practice with a trainer at the gym, in their city.

ONLINE PRACTICE ROOM (SPOL) – online participation only for those who do not have a trainer or gym in their city.

Practice Room Previous and Online Practice Room represents the activities prior to the Qigong Initiation Course with Master Lin Kai Ting which have the following purposes:

• To familiarize you with the basics of qigong: what is qi, what are the characteristics of qi, what principles apply in qigong;
• To help you prepare your physical and energetic body before the Master’s class to achieve even better results when you attend it from trace.

Previous Practice sessions (physical or online) can be done both at the practice room and at the federal trainers’ courses, depending on the enrollment category you belong to (See Participation Conditions). You can attend more courses, more rooms, more trainers.

1. For SPA (Anterior Practice Room)2 SPA Credentials will be issued containing 5 spaces for visas each (10 spaces in total) . The cost of these 2 IDs is 50 lei. This cost is added to the cost of the gym membership or the cost of the course you are attending. At the bottom of the page you will find an example of the cumulative cost description.

Visas are issued according to the list of equivalencesandbelow.

SPA credentials are valid at any FNQR gym, in any city. the practice session, if it went without incident.

The self-responsibility declarations, standard medical certificates and possibly GDPR agreements are handed in at the practice room (and are valid in any of the school rooms).

2. ForSPOL (Online Practice Room),you will be taken into account by the trainer whose practice sessions, respectively course, you participate in. The amount due for SPOL (recording, practical monitoring, etc.) is 50 lei. For this practice, those who wish to enroll in the courses or the practice conducted online and receive approval points according to the list of equivalences below.

All those who practiced online for the Master’s course, will have a short meeting with the doctor designated by FNQR, on the first day of the course. The amount due for SPOL (50 lei) will also be paid there.

Persons participating online will submit to the doctor, in original, on the first day of the Master’s course: Declarations on their own responsibility, standard medical certificates and, possibly, GDPR agreements ( in the original).

IMPORTANT:Below you find the equivalences between the number of practice sessions per course and the visas from SPA ID cards, respectively SPOL visas.

** The 6 Sounds for Longevity –6 sessions (4 days) =4 visas

** Magic of the Six Circles– 5 sessions = 3 visas

         Yi Jin Jing – 12 sessions = 10 visas

         The Golden Brocade – Mode 2 & Yi Jin Jing – Mode 2 –1 session = 1 visa

         Internal Alchemy (course) & Cele 6 Sounds for Longevity – Mod 2 – 2 sessions = 1 visa

Note:For courses marked with two stars (**), beginners, people who come into contact with Qigong for the first time can participate.

Cumulated cost example

1. General practice room – Example for monthly subscription (4 sessions /month)

8 necessary sessions –>  2 months (ie add 50 lei to the price for 2 subscriptions).

For example:  If a monthly subscription for 4 sessions, 1 once a week would be 100 lei, for 2 months it would be 200 lei. To this is added 50 lei for IDs. Consequently, the practitioner pays 250 lei for 8 sessions.

Contribution: 1120 lei
– With discount: 1020 lei – people who participated in at least one initiation course given by Master Lin Kai Ting

Partial participation: You can participate in the course for only a few days , on the condition of having participated at least once, in full, in such a course and having been present at at least one of the federation’s activities in the last five years. (click on “Partial registrations” from your QilinGong personal account)

Partial online registrations can only be done a maximum of two days before the date you want to come – only for those who have participated in a course in the last five years of initiation of the Master and possesses a diploma / Certificate of participation in the course.

Payment methods:

• 300 lei advance within a maximum of 3 working days from online registration (cash or bank transfer)
• 820 lei is paid, at your choice:
  • cash on the first day of the course
  • by bank transfer no later than November 1, 2023

Unsubscribe

In the case of cancelling the course, the amount paid will be refunded minus bank fees, if this is announced at least 5 days before the start of the course. After this date, the amount paid will be refunded, less 20%.
