The qilingong.com and qigong-europe.com platforms (hereafter referred to generically as the “Site” or the “Platform”) are owned and managed by the National Qigong Federation of Romania, CIF 14720273, with headquarters in Bucharest, Prisaca Dornei str. .11, sect.3, (“FNQR” or “Operator”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the processing of personal data by FNQR and your rights as a data subject, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and explains what kind of personal data we collect, how we collect, use, process and disclose it and how you can manage and control the use of your personal data,.

By “Data subject” is meant any natural person identified or identifiable based on personal data and who can be: practitioner registered as a member of one of the FNQR affiliated associations or occasional practitioner, legal representative of the practitioner, potential practitioner, FNQR affiliated trainer, Website visitor, recipient of the newsletter and commercial communications, volunteer.

Storing of personal data

Personal data will be stored as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or for the period of time provided by the general legal provisions as well as those applicable in fiscal matters and in accordance with the legislation in the archival field. With the exception of data collected through cookie modules, the duration of which is provided in the Cookies Policy (click here), price, and in the case where there is an express legal provision, personal data will be kept for a maximum of 10 (ten) years from the date where FNQR last interacted with you.

Children data

The Online Services are not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 16. In order to be able to create a QilinGong account, you will provide an email address of the parent/guardian to be informed about the processing of personal data (of the child) and to obtain their consent.

The rights you have in relation to your personal data

As a data subject, you have the following RIGHTS exclusively regarding your Data:

the right to information – you can request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data according to art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation

the right to withdraw consent – in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. The withdrawal of consent will only have effects for the future, the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal still remaining valid

To exercise these rights, you also have the following options:
