Companies can still make sponsorships deductible from profit tax.

• Companies (both those paying profit tax and those paying income tax) can complete ⇒ Declaration 177, requesting ANAF to redirect to the chosen NGO the sponsorship budget (20% of profit tax, but no more than 0.75% of CA) remaining undistributed in 2025. The declaration can be submitted after concluding a sponsorship contract with the NGO, and the submission deadline differs depending on the type of tax paid. Companies paying profit tax can submit Declaration 177 until the deadline for submitting the profit tax return. Companies paying income tax can submit Declaration 177 within 6 months of submitting the income tax return. ANAF has 45 days to transfer the money to us.
