High technique from the DAOYIN system, source of many of the modern Qigong exercises, is attributed to one of the legendary Eight Immortals of ancient China, Chong Li-Quan during the Han Dynasty (3rd century). Later, the general Yeuh Fey (Sung dynasty, 12th century), adapted these movements to the soldiers and the extremely difficult conditions they faced during military campaigns, thus constituting methods of training, strengthening the body and maintaining health.
By practicing this technique, which symbolizes harmony, balance and beauty, you will achieve a stable state of inner harmony, increasing internal energy and toning the entire body.
